What Are the Final Dimensions of Framed Prints?

All measurements listed are for the golf prints themselves. The frames add three-quarters of an inch (.75”) to each side. Therefore, an 18” x 24” print would be approximately 19.5” x 25.5” framed.

What Is Giclée Printing?

Good question! Giclée is a French term for “to splash.” This refers to the process that an inkjet printer uses to reproduce original photography or fine art and create individual prints. The best thing about giclée printing is that the finished product is much higher quality and lasts longer than your average prints.

What Are the Frames Made Of?

All frames are lightweight, semi-hardwood Adler frames with an acrylic front protector. These frames are three-quarters of an inch thick.

What Will I Need to Hang My Golf Print Up?

There is no need to buy anything — each frame or canvas golf print comes with hanging hardware included.

When Can I Expect My Order?

We do our best to get orders out the door as soon as possible. Most orders ship within two to five days, and we provide estimated arrival dates on our product pages. Occasionally, production delays can slow us down, but thankfully those are few and far between.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Where Is My Order Shipping From?

All US orders ship from Charlotte, North Carolina. 

For our UK and European customers, we have partnered with a fulfillment company that enables us to ship from Latvia and the United Kingdom. This allows us to offer free shipping on orders over $30 and helps us get your order to you faster.

How Much is Shipping?

There is free shipping on all orders over $30 USD. Otherwise, there is a flat rate of $4.90 USD for orders of $29.99 USD or less.

I Have a Problem with My Order. What Should I Do?

We appreciate your order and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you run into an issue with your order, please contact us so that we can make it right. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

How Long Will It Take To Receive a Refund?

We will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to seven business days to process your refund once we receive your return. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Do You Ever Do Custom Designs?

We are able to take on a limited amount of custom work for golf courses and tournaments. Please contact us to discuss your ideas.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take on personal custom designs at this time. However, we would love to hear suggestions.
