We want you to love your artwork and have a great experience shopping with us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are:

·       In original condition

·       Unused and unmounted

·       Returned in original packaging

For non-defective returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is received and inspected, you may choose:

·       A refund to the original payment method

·       Store credit

·       An exchange for another item of equal value

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

·       Items that have been damaged after delivery

·       Items returned outside the 30-day window

·       Items returned without prior contact and authorization
