Shipping policy

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. During peak seasons or major promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order ships, as carriers sometimes require time to scan packages into their systems. During this period, tracking may show limited or no movement even though your package is in transit.

If tracking does not update after 48 hours, feel free to contact us and we’re happy to help.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Free worldwide shipping on all orders of $125 USD or more.
Orders under $125 USD ship for $4.99 USD (unframed prints), $9.99 USD (framed prints), and $12.99 USD (canvas).

Shipping rates will be presented during the checkout process after you have entered your shipping address (not in the cart). When the shipping charge is presented, you still have the option to cancel your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates begin once your order has shipped.

Most orders arrive within:

  • 5–10 business days within the U.S. & Canada
  • 9–16 business days for international destinations

To reduce transit times and provide faster regional delivery, some international orders may ship from fulfillment partners located within Europe or other regional hubs when available.

Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, and local customs processing.


Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Issues or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
